

Willow is a graduate counseling intern at Healing Practice Counseling and primarily works with adolescents and adults. She studied Psychology at the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University. Throughout her clinical training, she has supported adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, attachment issues, and mood-related challenges. Her counseling philosophy is centered on building a strong therapeutic alliance to empower clients toward healing and meeting their goals. She strives to create a warm and validating environment to encourage curiosity and collaboration. Willow is passionate about helping clients navigate grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and other attachment-related challenges. She utilizes an evidence-based approach primarily
through the use of interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
