take your practice to the next level
FOR IFS THERAPISTS
Congratulations on completing your Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training! Now that you’re equipped with foundational knowledge, you might be asking, "What’s next?" If you’re ready to deepen your practice, enhance your skills, and receive guidance from an experienced IFS practitioner, I invite you to join one of my three new consultation groups.
About Me: I’ve been working with clients using the IFS model for seven years, during which I’ve developed a deep understanding of its transformative power. My experience includes helping therapists navigate challenges, integrate the model effectively, and foster meaningful growth for themselves and their clients. You can learn more about me here and explore our practice at HPC Wellness.

THE BASICS IFS SKILLS GROUP:

This group is for IFS therapists and practitioners who are comfortable with the basics but find themselves stuck at the unburdening step. Together, we’ll explore integrating somatics, rituals, nonordinary states of consciousness, and more into the IFS framework. We’ll also address Self-Like Parts and nondual practices to deepen Being in Self. These hours are applicable for IFS Certification.

MASTERS CONSULTATION GROUP:
ADVANCED INTEGRATIVE WORK
This advanced group is for seasoned clinicians ready to dive deeper into integrative work. Learn how IFS creates "self-directed neuroplasticity" and how to help clients change their minds one part at a time. This group also explores creating treatment plans for targeted parts and integrating Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with IFS. A portion of this group will be led by Dr. Flynn (PHHNP, DNP) group which will explore both the theory and science of working with psychadelics while holding space for our clients. While rooted in IFS, we’ll also move beyond the medical model to embrace nontraditional paths to healing.
Note: This group is not eligible for IFS Certification credit.
Schedule: Every other Monday, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Dates: July 14, July 28, August 11, August 23, September 8
