KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY
Ketamine is now an "off-label" treatment for various chronic "treatment-resistant" mental conditions and is used in our clinical setting. Coupled with psychotherapy for treatment of depression, alcoholism, substance dependencies, PTSD and other psychiatric diagnoses as well as for existential, psychological and spiritual crises and growth.

At HPC, we offer exploration of psychedelics through Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and KAP-IFS Group Sessions for self-exploration and healing of anxiety, depression, and psycho-spiritual growth. The practice of KAP is in collaboration with a qualified medical professional for evaluation, assessment,
and follow-up.

In more than 30 years of research, clients have reported noticeable benefits of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) including:
-
Increased neuroplasticity and ability to find new perspectives
-
Reduced amygdala response to threat
-
Increased optimism, positive mood, and “Biophilia”—experiencing awe toward life and nature
-
Feeling increased kindness, empathy, and compassion toward others and self
-
Reduction in self-preoccupation
